January 15 1811 The last will and testament of Mary Cannell of Kk Michael sheweth that she left and bequeathed to her two daughters Jane and Ann six pounds each and her clothing between them as legacy. I leave and bequeath to my grandson John Cannell my bed and bed cloths as legacy. I leave and bequeath to my loveing husband Patrick Cannell all my part of the sheep as legacy. Lastly I leave and appoint my son Patrick Cannell whole and sole executor of all the rest of my goods, moveable and immoveable of what kind soever and eighteen pence each to any person seeming to have a right to claim in this my last will. Witnesses present John Caine Will Caine Jurati At a Chapter Court holden at KK Michael 2nd Nov 1815. The exor is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies namely the witnesses to the will. Probatum est T.Stephen At KK Michael 31st December 1818. Jane Cannell with husband William Boyd and Ann Cannell with her husband Robert Wade appeared at the Registry this evening and acknowledged to have received from Patrick Cannell the Exor of the within will the legacies bequeathed to them in the said will and have acquited, exonerated, and discharged the said exor and every other person of the same and of every part thereof.
