Sept 12, 1816
The last will and testament of Patrick Cannell of the parish of KK Michael
as follows - being of sound mind and memory.
He committed his sole to God and his body to Christian burial.
First he willed and bequeathed unto his daughter Jane the sum of six pounds.
He willed and bequeathed unto his daughter Ann the sum of six pounds and
unto each witness one shilling and unto any one that may claim unto this my
last will  one shilling each.
Lastly He willed and bequeathed all the rest of his residue and remainder of
all his goods chattels moveable and immoveable of nature or kind whatsoever
unto his son Patrick Cannell.  Whom he nominated and appointed sole executor
of this his will the day and date before mentioned.

At a Chapter Court holden in KK Michael the 5th Nov 1816.
The executor is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges for the
payment of debts and legacies namely Philip Molecaraine and John Cannell
Senior both of KK Michael  Probatum est  Thos Cubbon.


At KK Michael 31st Dec 1818.
Jane Cannell with her husband William Boyd and Ann Cannell with her husband
Robert Wade appeared at this registry this evening and acknowledged to have
received from Patrick Cannell the executor of the within will the legacies
bequeathed to them in the said will and have acquitted exonerated and
discharged the said executor and every other person of the same and of every
