                      At a Chapter Court holden at Douglas the 26th May 1818
James Skillicorn of the parish of Kk Lonan having departed this life on or
about the 4th March last and this Court having received Intelligence
thereof hath decreed his two daughters Elinor and Margaret coadmors of all
and singular the Goods Rights Credits Chattels and Effects moveable and
immoveable whatever of their Intestate father but they being of too tender
age to undertake the burthen of this admin, their mother Margaret
Skillicorn is sworn in trust for them faithfully to administer the said
estate to exhibit inventory & pay debts so far forth as the Goods will
extend & the Law bind her and to these ends she hath given pledges in form
of Law namely James Kelly the father of Margaret Skillicorn and Charles
Skillicorn brother of the deceased who are also sworn Guardians and
Supervisors of the children under age
