The Last will and Testament of William Kneale in the Raa of the parish of KK Lonan who Departed this Life on or about The 8th of april 1818 Being of sound disposing mind memory and understanding at the making or publishing there of First the the Testator Committed his soul to God and Body to Christian Burial and his worldly goods and Effects he Left and Bequeathed them in Manner following First he Left and Bequeathed to his son his James Kneale all^Right and Title or one half of the purchased Land Called and Known thallow stowell homase being part of the quarter Land of Balacannell In the parish of KK Lonan after the Death of his Mother Ann Kneale and if the fore sd. son die before his Mother the fore sd. Land and premises To become the Right title and property of his son Daniel Kneale and Likewise he Left and bequeathed un to the foresd. Daniel son^ the sum of Five pounds Brittish he Likewise Left and bequeathed un to his son James [ink blob] Kneale the sum of Three pounds Brittish He Left and bequeathed un to his grandson Edward Kneale the sum of Two pounds Brittish He Left and bequeathed un to his son William Kneale the sum of Two shilling and sixpence He Left and bequeathed un to his Daughter Ann Kneale als Kelly the sum of Two shilling and sixpence He Left and bequeathed unto the poor of the parish the sum of one pound Ten shillings Brittish and Lastly he Nominated and appointed His loving wife Ann Kneale whole and sole Executrix of all the Rest of his goods and chattels movable and immovable of what kind or nature soever before us the subscribed wittnesses of this will William Kermod } Jurati Thomas Mylrea } At a Chapter Court holden in Douglas 26 May 1818 __ The Execr. is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for the payment of Debts and Legacies namely the Witnesses of the Will __ Probatun est [Thos] Cubbon [J] Stephen
