this is affirmed by the witnesses (whose names
are hereunto subscribed) to be the last Will and Testamen
of Isabella tear of the parish of Jurby, widow, who being of
a sound disposing mind memory and understanding
did on the a4th day of September 1818 pronounce proclaim
and declare her las Will and Testament in manner
following.
First she committed her Soul to God and her
body to a decent Christian burial.
Alos she left and bequeathed
to her three daughters namely Margaret, Alice and
Isabella the sum of ten pounds british each, to her
daughter Mary (wife of francis Mc Cann) the sum of
seven pounds british and to her daughter Elizabeth
the sum of twelve pounds british.
To her said four daughters namely, Margaret, Alice
Isabella and Elizabeth, she left and bequeathed a feather
bed each and also directed and rquested that her Executor
hereinafter mentioned should give them each of them
suitable beddings to each bed at such a time as he might
have it coveniently ready for them.
Lastly she nominated constituted and appointed her son
James Tear sole and whole Executor of this her last Will
and Testament and residuary Legatee of all the rest of her
goods cash credits and effects of whatsoever nature and
denomination.
