   In the Name of God Amen   I John Kewley Senr of Baldoon in the parrish of
Kk Lonan who am old and inform and not knowing the uncertainty of this
transitory Life yet of sound Disposing mind and memory maketh my Last will
and Testament
First I Commit my Soul to God and my Body to a Christian Burial   and as to
my Worldly Effects I Bequeath them in manner following
Item   I Leave and Bequeath to my Daughter Elinor wife of John Kewley Five
pounds British
Item   I Leave unto my Daughter Jane wife of William Killip the brown Cow
and one Half or Moiety of the sheep known by the name of Kiree Sneal which
bears my mark and my Best Bed and Bedding
Item   I Leave to my Grand Sons James and Philip Kewley sons of my Eldest
son James Kewley the other Half or moiety of the sheep aforesd Known by the
name of Kerre Sneal to be eaqually Divided between them and my Daughter
Jane aforesd
Item   I Leave to my Grand Daughters Elizabeth and Ann Kewley Daughters to
my Eldest son James kewley aforesd a Heifer between them   Likewise an oak
Chest for Elizabeth
Item   I Leave to my son William Kewley two barrels
Item   I Leave one Guinea to the poor of the parish
Item   I Leave to my Eldest son James Kewley the Cupboard that [ fold in
the paper ] the Kitchen
Item   I Leave six pence Legacy to any person or persons that shall Claim
any right to this my Last will and Testament
Item   Lastly I revoke all other Wills heretofore all words or Intentions
uttered Declared this my Last Will and Testament and nominate and appoint
my Loveing son John Kewley whole and sole Executor of all the rest of my
Goods and Effects of what kind or Denomination soever as witness my name
hereunto subscribed this the 23d of November 1819

The exor is sworn in Court in form of Law & hath given pledges for the
payment of Debts and Legacies namely William Killip and James Skillicorn
