In the Name of God Amen I Thos Kewley of the parrish of KK Lonon being at
present weak in body but of sound memory & understanding thanks be to God
for the same and Considering the uncertainty of this Life
first I recommend my soul to God who gave it and my Body to a Decent
Christian burial at the Expense of my Executrix and concerning such worldly
goods as the Lord hath Blessed me with I Dispose in maner as followeth
Item First I Leave and bequeath unto my Eldest son John Kewley all my
property of Lands which I have purchased to be poss'ed by him when he
arrives to Thirty years of age and to pay unto his two Brothers Namely Thos
& James Kewley the sum of Thirty shillings Each and to pay unto his three
sisters Ann Eleanor & Margrett Kewley the sum of Three pounds Each which
said sum is to be paid by the forsaid John Kewley at the time he possesses
said premisses
Item Secondly I leave my loving wife Margrett Kewley whole and Sole
Executrix of this my last will and Testament and to pay unto my two sons
Namely Thos and James the sum
of one pound four shillings and six pence Each and therefore I constitute
ordain appoint my said loving Wife Margrett Kewley my whole and Sole
Executrix of all the Rest of my goods Chattels and Effects both moveable
and Immoveable of what kind or Denomination soever
This the 18th day of November 1822

The Exorx is Sworn in Court in form of Law & also [as?] Guardian and
Supervisor of the Children under age, & she hath given pledges for the
payment of Debts & legacies namely John Skillicorn & Thomas Looney both of
