1 Lonan Know all men by these presents that I James Kelly of the parrish of Kk Lonan Divers good causes and reasons me hereunto moving but chiefly and more especially for the Love and affection I have and do bear unto my Dear wife Joney Kelly together with Two Shillings and six pence each to my two Daughters namely Ellenor wife of Thomas Fargher of the Parrish aforesd and Margret wife of Thomas Kelly of sd parrish to be paid to them by my said wife after my Decease Have therefore given granted Bargained and setled and by these presents do give grant and for ever absolutely settle from me my Heirs Exrs Admrs assigns unto her my said Dear wife her Heirs Admrs or Assigns all and singular my whole right and Title to Seventy two pounds Manks we hold by Bond and Security on the Estate of Thomas Kermode of the Lhagyn in sd parrish Bearing Date the 20th Day of May 1822 And all the rest of my goods movable and immovable of whatever nature or denomination soever To have and to hold unto her my sd Dear Wife Joney Kelly Her Heirs Exrs Admrs Assigns the before mentioned Setled money and goods and all the appurtenances belonging to or in any [..?..] appertaining commencing possession immediately on my Decease For the true and faithful performance hereof I the aforesd James Kelly do bind and oblidge myself my Heirs Exrs Adnrs or Assigns in and under the penalty or forfeiture of one Hundred pounds Sterling to be Levied and paid according to Law as Witness my name hereunto Subscribed this the 5th Day of July 1822 Signed & Delivered James Kelly his X in presence of Thomas Quayle James Skillicorn At Douglas May 1824 James Quayle and James Skillicorn the witness to the Execution of the foregoing instrument made oath on the Holy Evangelists that James Kelly the executing party thereto duly executed the same in their presence Before me [..?..]
