In the name of God Amen.
We Senhouse Wilson of Douglas and Margaret Wilson his wife being of sound
and disposing mind memory and understanding but considering the uncertainty
of this mortal life do make and constitute this our joint last will and
testament in manner following, that is to say, we leave and bequeath to the
longest liver of us the said Senhouse Wilson and Margaret Wilson the use
benefit and profit arising from the whole of our estate and effects of every
description during the term of his or her natural life and on the death of
such longest liver we leave and bequeath to our daughters Eleanor, Margaret,
and Elizabeth an annuity of six hundred pounds British to be paid to them
and the survivor of them yaerly during the term of their natural lives and
the life of the survivor of the as is hereinafter provided.
Also we leave and bequeath to our son David Fleming Wilson his executors and
administrators the sum of two thousand pounds British provided he the said
Daniel F. Wilson secures the payment of the aforesaid annuity of one hundred
pounds to our daughters Eleanor, Margaret, and Elizabeth yearly during their
lives and the life of the survivor of them.
And lastly we leave and bequeath to our daughters Mary Quayle, Eleanor,
Margaret, and Elizabeth Wilson and their executors and administrators all
the rest and residue of our estate and effects of every description
whatsoever the said Mary Quayle nevertheless permitting and allowing to the
said Eleanor, Margaret, and Elizabeth the use benefit and profit arising
from her one fourth share of said residue during the natural life of them
and the survivor of them, or so long as they continue sole and unmarried;
and in case of the marriage of any of our said daughters Eleanor Margaret
and Elizabeth our will is that the others continuing unmarried shall have
the use of the whole of our furniture and household goods during their
lives.
And we do hereby nominate and appoint our son Daniel Fleming Wilson and our
grandson Mark Hildesley Quayle executors in trust of this our last will and
testament.
In testimony whereof we have hereunto signed our names and affixed our seals
at Douglas aforesaid this sixteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and twenty five.

At Douglas March 23 1827.  Senhouse Wilson having departed this life and
application having been made for probate of his last joint will and
testament by the executors therein named.  Therefore probate of the same is
granted unto them Daniel Fleming Wilson and Mark Hildesley Quayle they
having been duly sworn well and truly to execute the same to pay the debts
legacies and funeral expenses so far as the goods will extend and the law
bind them to return into the Episcopal Registry when required an inventory
of the effects and an accurate account of their transactions respecting the
