         Braddan 
I Thomas Crebbin a First Lieutenant in the Royal Marine Corps, now
residing in the town of Douglas Isle of Man  - do make this my last will. I
give and devise unto my brothers Lewis and George Crebbin a certain dwelling
house with offices, orchard, garden, lands and appurtenances thereunto
attached situate in the parish of Lezayre and now in the occupation of Danl
Mylrea Esq purchased by me from Stephen Kaneen and Ann Kaneen his wife by
Deed of Sale bearing date the fifteenth day of Novmeber 1827.  To have and
to hold the said dwelling house offices
lands and appurtenaces thereunto belonging and attached to them the
said Lewis and George Crebbin their heirs and assigns forever.  They the
said Lewis and George Crebbin holding and considering the said property
as subject to the incumbrances of an annuity of twenty pounds British which
I hereby bequeath to my sister Jane Margt Dawson alias Crebbin to be paid
unto her yearly and every year by the said Lewis and George Crebbin during
her life and commencing from the day of my decease.
I give and bequeath to each of my brothers James, Henry, and William Crebbin
the sum of eighty pounds British the latter to have his legacy on his
attaining the age of twenty two years, or sooner at the discretion of my
executors
I give and bequeath to my sister Emma Mylrea the sum of eighty pounds
British.
All the rest and residue of my property whatsoever and wheresoever and of
what nature kind and quality soever the same may be after payment of my
debts and funeral expenses I do give and bequeaht to my brothers Lewis
Crebbin who I hereby constistute and appoint sole executor of this
my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto  set my hand this 1st day of May

At an Eccl Court holden at Douglas 23rd May 1828.  Lewis Crebbin executor
sworn with pledges being William Fleming Grayson and James Dickson both of
the town of Douglas.
