At a Chapter Court holden at Peel Town the 31st April 1828.
Mary Quilliam of the parish of German having departed this life on or
about the 21st day of February last past intestate and this court having
received intelligence thereof hath decreed her six children namely
Robert, John, Mary, Elizabeth, Christian, and Catharine co-admors of all
and singular the goods, rights, credits, chattels, and effects moveable
and immoveable whatever of the said intestate and they being of too tender
years to undertake the burden of the administration their father Robert
Quilliam is sworn their guardian and supervisor and also in trust
for the well and truly to administer the said estate to pay all the
intestates just debts so far forth as her goods and effects will extend
and the law bind him, to return into the Episcopal Registry a full  true
and perfect inventory of her estate, and an accurate account of his
proceedings therein when lawfully required.
And to these ends John Callin of Patrick and Charles Fargher of German have
entered into a bond in the penal sum of two hundred pounds British
