1                      Lonan
This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament of Mary Kewley widow
late of Ballasooir in the parish of Lonan being weak in Body but of sound
and disposing mind memory and understanding at the making hereof ­
She left her Soul to the mercy of Almighty God and her Body to Christian
burial   Her worldly goods and Effects she left and bequeathed in manner
following
She left and bequeathed to her grandchildren namely Isabella, Eleanor,
James, John, Jane, and Ann Kewly the children of her Son James Kewley
deceased the Sum of one pound ten Shillings British to be equally divided
between them ­ and five shillings to Eleanor Kewley the widow and Relict of
James Kewley deceased
Item   She left and bequeathed to her son John Kewley the Sum of Twenty
pounds British ­
Item   She left and bequeathed to the poor of the parish of Lonan the sum
of one pound one shilling
Lastly she nominated and appointed her son-in-law Edward Christian to be
Sole and whole Exor and residuary Legatee of all the rest of her Goods and
Effects of whatsoever nature or description and of his her last will and
testament this 17th day of January 1823

peace of Said County personally appeared Ann Kewley Senr and made her cros
to the above Receipt and John Callow & Ann Kerley Jr and signed the above
