The last Will and Testament of Jane Christian als Radcliffe wife of Lace Christian of this parish.
In the name of God Amen
I Jane Christian above mentioned being weak in Body but of sound and disposing mind 
and memory and understanding do proceed and make this my last will and testament in words 
and manner following.
First:  I commit my soul to God and my Body to Christian Burial.
Item:  I leave unto my brother Charles Radcliffe of _____ in Trust the sum of ten pounds British 
for the use and benefit of my son Robert Christian the said sum to be for the _____ for the 
purpose of assisting to procure him a trade when he arrives at a proper age and sufficient 
strength and until that period it is my desire tat the  said sum or legacy of ten pounds be laid 
out on interest and which said interest to be paid yearly and every year unto my Husband Lace 
Christian to assist him in the payment of what ever expenses may attend the education of my 
said son. Also a feather bed and sufficient bedding.
Item:  I leave unto my sister Ann Radcliffe the whole of my apparel and also a Tea Tray.
Item:  I leave unto any person who may claim any right or title in this my last will and testament 
one six pence.
Lastly   I nominate constitute and appoint my loving husband Lace Christian whole and sole 
executor and residuary legatee of all the rest of my goods Chattels and effects of what kind or 
nature so ever. Witness my subscription this the 8th day of June 1832.

The exec is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for the payment of debts 
and legacies namely William Skinner and John Radcliffe both of Andreas.
