                     To the Rev'd John Nelson 
                     Vicar General
                     The humble petition of Jane 
                     Craine of the parish of Lezayre
Sheweth
       That Charles Craine husband of your 
       petitioner has lately departed this
       life intestate.  
       And that the deceadants estate requires  
       the immediate attention of some person  
       to take the charge and management thereof.
       That the next of kin of the deceadant 
       are desirous and have agreed that
       your petitioner should have the 
       administration of the deceadants estate
       committed to her.
                  She therefore prays a hearing 
                  hereof and that your reverence 
                  may be pleased to grant administration 
                  said estate to your petitioner 
                  in the usual form.  
                  And she shall pray.
				  
				  
Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard 
at a court to be holden at Ramsey on Friday next, 
whereof all proper parties are to have due notice.

The petitioner Jane Craine is sworn well and truly to 
administer the estate and effects of Charles Craine 
deceased to pay the debts and funeral expenses so 
far forth as the goods will extend and the law bind
her to return a full inventory of the effects and a 
true account of all her transactions touching the 
same unto the Episcopal Registry when required and 
to these ends Charles Craine and Jno Cretney have entered
into a bond in the sum of twenty pounds British
               DECRETUM EST
