In the name of God Amen
This is he last Will and Testament of James Kewley
of Gretch vegg  I commend my soul to
God and my boddey to be buried according
this will of my Exxecitior
I leave and bequeath to my son James five
shillings freely by him to be possessed
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Margaret
Cowin five shillings freely by her to be 
possessed
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Nancy 
Skillicorn five shillings freely by her to be 
possessed
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Elinor
Hogg of Douglas five shillings freely by her to be 
possessed
I leave and bequeath to my son John
twenty pounds British freely by him
to be possessed
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Merry 
Curphey of Douglas twenty pounds British
by her to be possessed
I leave and bequeath to my grandson 
James [Hilburn] one pound by him to 
be possessed
I leave to my lawful wife all my sheep
house furniture beds and bed cloth 
to her and for to be possessed
I leave to each person one shilling that
will claime in my will for being related
to me
I [Seing] my son Thomas Executor of all
The remaining of my money and goods
of every kind movable and unmovable
to be possessed of him This is the
Twentys Day of January 1832
