In the name of God Amen.  I Jane Corkill of Cronkdoo in the parish of K
German being of sound mind memory and understanding at the making hereof
hath published this her last will and testament in presence of
John Kelly and James Kelly on the fifteenth day of December last past in
manner following viz
Item I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
Item I leave and bequeath to my daughter Ann Kelly the sum of twenty pounds
British.
Item I leave and bequeath to my niece Margaret Corkill daughter of
William Corkill my spinning wheel.
Item I leave and bequeath six pence legacy to any person that claims in
my will.
Item I leave and bequeath William Corkhill my grand son whole and sole
executor of all my goods cash notes of land moveable and immovable of what
sort or denomination soever this the twenty sixth day of December 1834.

At a Consistorial Court held at KK Michael 29 Oct 1835.  Executor having
renounced the executorship and the parties having agreed in court that
Robert Keown Sumner of German should be sworn administrator in trust with
the will annexed - The said Robert Keown is therefore sworn as administrator
of the estate of Jane Corkill deceased with the will
annexed well and truly to administer the said estate to pay all the  just
debts legacies and funeral expenses so far forth as the law will bind him
and to do all other acts in the capacity of Administrator according to
law.
