          Ballaugh
I Robert Corlett of Carmodel Mooar in the parish of Ballaugh being weak
in body but of sound mind and understanding do hereby make my last will and
testament in manner following.
First I recommend my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
Secondly I leave and bequeath to my grand daughter Jane Corlett
daughter of Thomas Corlett the sum of five pounds British.
And I leave and bequeath to my grand daughter Margaret Corlett daughter of
the said Thomas Corlett the sum of five pounds British.
Also I leave and bequeath to my daughter Jane wife of Daniel Craine all
my right and title of a certain parcel of intack land situated in the
parish of Ballaugh and known by the name of Close Thomson
Also I leave and bequeath to my daughter Mary wife of John Killip all my
right and title to a parcel of intack land situated in the parish of
Ballaugh commonly  known by the name of Close Keil.
Also I leave and bequeath  to my son John Corlett  the sum of ten
shillings
Also I leave and bequeath to my son Thomas Corlett the sum of ten shillings.
Also I leave and bequeath to my lovely wife Jane all my right and title of
the whole of that part of the quarterlands of Knoehold which I purchased
from my son Robert Corlett Junior.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Jane Corlett
whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament of all my
goods and effects rights credits and chattels moveable and immoveable
of whatsoever nature.  Witness where of I have here unto I set my mark this
the 19th June 1835.
