In the name of God Amen.
I Ann Crow the wife of John Crow Mason of KK Michael being sick and
weak of body but of sound mind memory and understanding at the making
thereof do make this my last will and testament in form and manner following
viz:
In the first place I commend my soul to God and my body to Christian
burial.
Secondly I leave and bequeath to my son John Crow this sum of five shillings
British.
Thirdly I leave and bequeath to my daughter Anne Crow, Catharine Crow, and
Margaret Crow the sum of two pounds British each.
I leave and bequeath to Elizabeth Cowley alias Crow my daughter the
wife of Thos Cowley the sum of one pound British.
I leave and bequeath to my son William Crow the sum of one pound
British.
I leave to all cravers the sum according to law to each of them.
Lastly I nominate ordain constitute and appoint my dearly beloved
daughter Eleanor Crow whole and sole executrix of all the rest and
residue of my goods and effects moveable or immoveable of what nature kind
or denomination soever they be ratifying and confirming this and no other to
be my last will and testament this 10th day of July 1838.

At a Chapter Court holden at Kirk Michael 29 Nov 1838 The executor is sworn
in court in form of law and hath given pledges for the payment of debts and
legacies namely the witness William Kneale and Thomas
Cowley Labourer in the parish of Kirk Michael.
Probatum est   T. A. Corlett
John Crow a legatee named in the foregoing will of Ann Crow deceased
appeared at the Registry and acknowledged to have been paid the sum of five
shillings British and he the said John Crow hereby exonerates,
acquits and discharges and executrix  her executors administrators and
assigns of the same and of every part hereof as witness his subscription
this 13th day of July 1842.               John Crow

William Crow a legatee named in the foregoing will of Ann Crow
deceased appeared at the Registry and acknowledged to have been paid
the sum of one pound British bequeathed him by the said will.  At the
same time and place appeared Thomas Cowley husband of Elizabeth a legatee
named in said will and acknowledged to have been paid the sum
of one pound British and they the said Wm Crow and Thos Cowley hereby
severally exonerate acquit and discharge the executors her executors
administrators and assigns of the same and of every part thereof as witness
their subscription this 15th day of July one thousand eight hundred and
forty two.

Thomas Cannell husband of Ann Crow a legatee named in the fore going
will appeared at the Registry acknowledged to have received and been
paid the sum of two pounds British bequeathed his said wife in and by
said will and he hereby exonerates acquits and discharges the executrix her
executors administrators and assigns of the same and of every part thereof.
As witness his subscription this 14th day of October one thousand eight
hundred and forty three (1843)

Edward Lewin husband of Margaret Crow a legatee named in the beforegoing
will of Ann Crow appeared at the Registry and acknowledged
to have received and been paid the legacy of two pounds British bequeathed
his said wife by said will.  And he hereby exonerates,
acquits, and discharges the executrix her executors, administrators, and
assigns of the same and of every part thereof.  As witness his subscription
this nineteenth day of February One thousand eight hundred and forty five

Catharine Crow a legatee named in the before going will of Ann Crow appeared
at the Registry and acknowledge to have received and been paid the legacy of
two pounds British bequeathed her in and by said will and
she hereby exonerates acquits and discharges the executrix Eleanor Crow her
heirs executors administrators and assigns of the same and of every part
thereof.
As witness her subscription this 13th day of March 1845.  Catharine
