In the name of God Amen.
I Philip Creer of the parish of Marown being weak in body but of sound
disposing mind and memory and understanding at the time of the making hereof
and considering the uncertainty of this life I do make publish and declare
this to be my last will and testament in manner following:
I commit my soul to God and my body to a Christian burial at the
discretion of my executors herein after named.
I leave and bequeath to my son Philip the sum of one pound British.
I leave and bequeath to my son John the sum of one pound British.
I leave and bequeath to my son William the sum of one pound British.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Ann wife of William Leece the sum
of two pounds British.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth wife of John Cretney the sum
of two pounds British.
I leave and bequeath to my four sons all my wearing apparel.
I leave and bequeath to my loving wife the bed and bedding which we now
sleep in and the chest of drawers
I leave and bequeath to all other claimers the sum of two  shillings and
six pence British.
I nominate constitute and appoint my son Thomas and my daughter Catherine
whole and sole executors of this my last will and testament residuary
legatees of the rest of my goods property and effects and hereby making null
and void all other will or wills by me heretofore
made.
Declaring this only to be my last will and testament as witness my
subscription this the 14th of February 1837.  Philip Creer

John Creer.
25 May 1841 Executors sworn in court in form of law with pledges being the
witnesses of the will.
