In the name of God Amen
The Last will and Testament of Patrick Creer
of German is in manner as follows –
He being of Perfect Mind and Sound Memory
at the declaring of the same –
1st He committed his soul to Almighty God
and his body to a Christian Burial
2nd He nominated and appointed his loving wife
Ann Creer als Quirk whole and sole
Executrix of all his goods moveable or
Immovable whatsoever kind or denomination.
3rd He leaves and Bequeath unto his Four Children
Namely Evan Margaret William Joseph 
and Lenorah one Pound each and cuts 
every other Person that will Claim with
a Legacy according to Law. Signed and 
delivered to us as his last will and
Testament this the 6th day of Febry 1843

At a Chapter Court holden
at Michael 30th May 1844
Ann Creer the Executrix in the fore-
going will named is sworn in 
court in form of law well and truly 
to execute the last will and testament
of Patrick Creer deceased to pay
all his just debts and Legacies so far
forth as the goods and effects will
extend and the law bind her and
to perform all other acts and deeds
pertaining to the office of Executrix
According to law – And to these ends
hath given pledges – namely Thos
Morrison and James Bell both of
St Johns in the Parish of Germen
Probatum Est

Whereas the Ecclesiastical Court of this Diocese hath this Day
granted Probate of the last will and testament
of Patrick Creer late
of deceased to Ann Creer 
AND WHEREAS Thos Morrison of St Johns
in the Parish of German and James Bell
of St Johns in the Parish of German 
Have agreed to become pledges to the said Ann Creer 
Therefore know all Men by these presents that We the said Thos Morrison
and James Bell hereby bind and
oblige ourselves and our Executors and Administrators as Pledges to the said
Ann Creer for the due and faithful Administration of
the Goods and Effects of the said Deceased, according to law, Witness our
Subscriptions this 30th  Day of May 1844
