I Mrs Eleanor Clark of the town of Peel widow of Wm Clark of Ballawillin
in the parish of German being of sound mind memory and understanding and
being desirous to settle my worldly affairs do make and publish this
my last will and testament in manner and form following.
I give and devise to my daughter Margaret
Clark my one half or moiety of that meadow and those lands and
premises situate at or near Greeba in the said parish of German and
which were purchased by my late husband the said Wm Clark and which meadow
is now in the hands of John Kelly as tenant To Hold to the said Margaret
Clark and her heirs and assigns forever.
I leave and bequeath to my sons John, Thomas, and William, and to my
daughter Eleanor wife of Thos Quayle the sum of six pence each as a legacy.
I leave and bequeath to my son Robert the sum of ten pounds as a legacy. And
lastly I nominate, constitute, and appoint my said daughter
Margaret whole and sole executrix of this my will and residuary legatee
of the whole of my personal estates debarring every other person who may
claim with a legacy of six pence.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 24th day
of June 1845.

At a Consistorial Court holden at KK Michael 27 Nov 1845.  John Clark
heir at law of said deceased having withdrawn all opposition  of said
will - Margaret Clarke the executrix sworn with pledges being John
Morrison of Peel and Thomas Cowley of Michael.
