In the Name of God Amen I Cathrine Skillicorn widow in the parish of KK
Lonan weak in Body but of sound memory and understanding and considering
the uncertainty of this life do hereby make this my last will in the
following manner
First I leave and bequeath my Soul to God who gave it and my Body to a
Christian burial
Secondly I leave and bequeath unto John Kewley my Feather Bead and Beading
a round Table and Two Chairs and A Chist
Thirdly I nominate Constitute ordain and Appoint Thomas Kewley whole and
sole Executrix of all my Goods Credits and Effects of what kind of nature
soever to be possessed by him at my discease And this I appoint to be my
last will and Testament in the presence of wittnesses this the Second Day
of March and the year of our Lord 1844

At a Chapter Court holden at Douglas 28th May 1845 Thomas Kewley the
Executor named in the foregoing will is sworn Executor in Court in form of
Law and hath given Pledges for the payment of Debts & Legacies namely James
Quayle of Laxey in the Parish of Kirk Lonan and John Killey of Douglas in
the Parish of Kirk Braddan.
