This is declared to be the last will and testament of me Jane Allen, widow
of Robert Allen late of Ballavarrey in the parish of Andreas made declared
and published this 30th day of August 1849 being of sound mind and memory at
the making declaring and publishing hereof:
First I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
Secondly I leave and devise to my daughter Catharine Allen all my worldly
goods of every description comprizing and intending to comprize all of my
household furniture, cash, credits, and monies due or coming due to me at
the time of my decease.  And I nominate constitute and appoint my said
daughter Catharine whole and sole executrix of this my will.
In witness whereof I hereunto subscribed my name the day and date herein
before mentioned vizt this 30th day of August 1849.    Jane Allen Signed in
presence of John Corlett  and Esther Teare.
By virtue of Vicar General Corlett order on a petition in favor of Catharine
Allen executrix of Jane Allen for probate of the will of said Jane Allen
dated 26th Sep instant I noticed Thos Allen Esq to attend at an
Ecclesiastical Court to be held in Ramsey on Saturday next at nine o'clock
in the forenoon under the said petition and order.

Ecclesiastical Court held in Ramsey the 1 Oct 1853  Catharine Allen
executrix sworn with pledges being Thomas Allen and Wm Radcliffe.
