In the name of God Amen.
Know all men by these presents that I Nicholas Dickinson of Ballcreggan
of the parish of Kirk Braddan being of sound mind and understanding do make
this my last will and testament in manner as follows:
First I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
Second I leave and bequeath to my son Joseph Dickinson the sum of fifty
pounds.
Lastly I hereby nominate ordain and appoint my wife Elizabeth Dickinson
my whole and sole executrix of all my goods cash credits and effects
whatsoever moveable and unmoveable and by these presents I appoint
and declare my wife Elizabeth Dickinson residuary legatee of this my
last will and testament as witness my subscription this seventh day of
December one thousand eight hundred and fifty two.
