46         Braddan
In the name of God Amen.
Elizabeth Dickinson otherwise Nicholas Dickinson's wife of Ballacreggan
in the parish of Braddan in the Isle of Man being of a sound mind and memory
and understanding at the making hereof do make and declare this paper
writing as an for my last will and testament in manner as
following hereby revoking and making void all or any will or wills by me
heretofore made.
First I leave and bequeath to my son Edward Crellin my son and Sarah Crellin
my daughter the growing crop and live stock and all my chattels
out side of the dwelling house to have share and share alike after my
decease to be sold by Public Auction for their benefit and their benefit
only and also to pay the rent of that -----  of Ballacraggan which  I now
holds as tenant out of the proceeds thereof and all other just debts and
should the crop be growing at my deceased then and in that case the expenses
for sowing the said crop the said Edward Crellin and Sarah
Crellin is to pay for the servicing of said share and share alike for
saving the said crop and my desires is that the crop and stock and chattels
shall be sold by Public Auction after my deceased as soon as convenient and
my desire is and I leave it a charge on my son Edward Crellin and Sarah
Crellin that the  income of the farm is to pay for the expense of the said
farm as far as wear and tear goes.
And my desire is and I leave it a charge on my son Edward Crellin that he
is to give a full account of all he receives to my daughter Sarah Crellin
and she likewise to him.
Secondly I leave and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Crellin a feather bed and
bedstead and bedding which now stand on the back kitchen loft and a chest of
drawers in the said room and clock that is on the landing at present and the
piano that is in the parlor to have at her own disposal
and I also leave her the sum of money that my mother Margaret Creer
Let and willed to me as a legacy which I hold a bond for the same at her own
control so that if she marries that her husband shall have no control over
the said money and the said money is in the state of Ballig in the parish of
Braddan in the Isle of Man bearing interest.  I also leave her
two graves in the churchyard in the parish of Braddan belonging to
Nicholas Dickinson deceased and Elizabeth his wife.
Thirdly I leave and bequeath to my son Edward Crellin the clock which
now stands in the kitchen and my desire is that the rest of my household
furniture to be divided share and share alike to be agreed on between
them selves if not then they are to be sold by Public Auction.
Lastly I do hereby nominate and ordain and appoint my son Edward Crellin
full executor to receive all my just debts and to pay my just debts if
there any owing and due to me after my decease.
