92     Bride
Charles Joughin of the parish of KK Bride being weak of body but of perfect
mind and memory at the making thereof.  Thanks be to God for the same.
First I commend my soul to God who give it and my body to a Christian
burial.
Secondly I leave unto Daniel Joughin my brother the sum of five shillings
as legacy.
I leave unto Wm Joughin my nephew the sum of fifty pounds as legacy.
I leave unto Benjamin M. Joughin my nephew the sum of five pounds as legacy.
I leave to Judy Joughin wife of my brother Mark Joughin the sum of one
hundred pounds as legacy, to be at her own disposal.
I leave unto Esther Joughin my niece the sum of one hundred pounds as
legacy.
Anyone claiming beside these to be cut out with one shilling as legacy.
Lastly I leave and bequeath to Mark Joughin my brother whom I
constitute make and ordain my whole executor ratifying and confirming this
and no other to be my last will and testament as witness I have hereunto set
my name this twenty sixth day of February one thousand
eight hundred and fifty nine.
