90 Malew 1860 I William Dinwoody of the Green Castletown being of sound disposing mind memory and understanding do make my last will and testament in manner following: I leave all my next of kin who can claim or be in anywise entitled unto any part of my estates real or personal the sum of five shilling each in full of such claim. I leave all the rest of my goods chattels property and effects of every kind and description moveable and immoveable to my son Thomas Dinwoody and I do hereby appoint him whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament according to law. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 25th day of November 1859. Wm Dinwoody. Witnesses: Robt Shimmin James Kewley Eccl Court Castletown 26th day of Oct 1860. Thomas Dinwoody having renounced executorship and James Kewley sworn executor with pledges being Thomas Dinwoody of the Green Malew and John Quayle of Castletown Malew.
