1860	 In the Name of God Amen	
Archd	I John Quark in near Laxey in the Parish of 
	Lonan calling to mind the uncertainty 
	of this transitory life and the certainty of 
	Death do hereby make and ordain this my 
	last Will and Testament. That is to say 
	principally and first of all I commend 
	my Soul to Almighty God who gave it 
	and my body to be buried in a decent manner by 
	my Exr and as for my worldly Goods 
	I leave and bequeath them in the following 
	manner  
	Item I leave and bequeath unto my Daughter Elinor
	the wife of William Kewley two pounds  
	Itm I leave and bequeath unto my two Daughters 
	namely Elizabeth and Isabella one pound each  
	Lastly I nominate ordain and appoint my beloved 
	and dutiful son William Quark my whole and 
	sole Executor of all my goods and effects and 
	chattels of what kind or denomination so ever 
	and revoking all other Wills ratifying and 
	confirming this and no other to be my last 
	Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto 
	set my mark this the 13th Day of January 1858
