Lezayre 1862 N° 62 This is the last Will and testament of Me Charles Skillicorn of the parish of Lezayre formerly of Lonnan being through the abundant mercy of God though Weak in Body yet of a Sound mind understanding and Joudgement to give This my last Will and testament in writeing First I commit my Soule to God My body to Christian burial Secondly I do leve and bequeath unto Ann Cleator as legacy two Sheep Thirdly I do leve and bequeath unto Elenor Cleator as Legacy one sheep fourthly I do Leve and bequeath unto the above mentioned Ann and Elenor Cleator Daughters of Thomas Cleator as leagecy one White Chist fifthly I do leve and bequeath unto all persons whome soever Who may lay any Cleam against this my last will the Sum of one Shilling lastly I do leve and bequeath unto Thomas Cleator all the Rest and Residue of all my goods and Effects of What Ever discription moveable or immoveable whome I do Nominate Constitute and apoint whole and Sole Executor of this my last Will and testament in Witness whereof I here unto Subscribe my name as and for my last will and testament This 22d of July 1859 Charles Skillicorn my X Signed and delivered in presence of Thos Wm Cowell Thos Kewley By virtue of the Authority of His Worship Vicar General Jebb I have duly charged John Killey James Killey and Thomas Skillicorn of the parish of Lonan as next of Kin to Charles Skillicorn deceased to appear before His Worship at an Eccl Court to be holden at Ramsey on Tuesday next the 4th February at 10 o'clock forenoon when called to answer the suit and petition of Thomas Cleator this the 1st February 1862 Jas Cannon Sumner of Lonan
