This the last will and testament of Judith Kewley of Gretchveg in the
Parish of Lonan made and declared on the 23rd day of August 1865 and being
at perfect mind and memory at the making thereof
I first Commit my Soul to God and my body to a Christian burial and as
touching and respecting my present worldly affairs I Leave devise and
dispose of in the following way and manner
I Give Leave and bequeath unto my son Edward Kewley a Feather Bed and beddings
I Give Leave and Bequeath unto my Granddaughter Sarah Kerruish also a
Feather Bed
I Give Leave and Bequeath unto my granddaughter Margt Kerruish also a
Feather Bed
I Give Leave and Bequeath unto unto my other two Granddaughters namely
Alice Kerruish and Ann Jane Kerruish a Chaff Bed each and Beddings thereto
I Give Leave and Bequeath unto my above mentions Four Granddaughters namely
Sarah Kerruish, Margaret Kerruish, Alice Kerruish and Ann Jane Kerruish
three of them a cotton Quilt each and the other a counterpane
I Give Leave and bequeath also to the sd Sarah Kerruish a red Chest
I Give Leave and bequeath also to the above mentioned Margt Kerruish a
white chest
I also Give Leave and Bequeath unto my above named Alice Kerruish a chest
of Drawers
I Leave and bequeath also unto above named four granddaughters Sixteen
Chairs to be equally divided between them and if it so happen that any of
the above named daughters of Wm Kerruish shall died her or their part is to
be divided among the rest of them
I Leave and bequeath also unto the three oldest mentions granddaughters a
table each
I Give Leave and bequeath unto all Cravers at Law the sum of Five shillings
each
Lastly I Nomminate ordain Constitute and appoint James Kewley my Son and
heir Sole and whole Executor and Legatee of all the rest of my worldly
Goods and Effects moveable and unmoveable of whatsoever kind nature
description or Denomination
