55    Ballaugh
In the name of God Amen.
I Jane Craine widow of the late Thomas Craine of the Glaick in the parish
of Ballaugh calling to mind the uncertainty of this mortal life do proceed
to make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following:
First I leave and bequeath unto my step son Thomas Craine of the Glaick the
sum of one pound as legacy.
Third I leave and bequeath unto Jane Coffey daughter of Hugh Coffey of the
parish of Ballaugh my chest in which I keep my clothes as legacy. Fourth I
leave devise and bequeath unto all persons who have a right to participate
in this my last will and whose names are not mentioned
herein the sum of one shilling each as legacy.
Lastly I leave devise and bequeath unto Mrs Ann Coffey wife of the aforesaid
Hugh Coffey the  rest and remainder of all my goods chattels, invoices,
credits, and effects of whatever kind nature or description whatsoever or
wheresoever and I nominate constitute ordain and appoint the said Mrs Ann
Coffey my whole and sole executrix and residuary Legatee of this my last
will and testament.   In testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name or
mark to my name this the Twelveth day
of January One thousand eight hundred and sixty six (1866)

Ann Coffey and Hugh Coffey renounce the burden of the execution of said
will.
Thomas Craine Captain of parish of Ballaugh was sworn to administer
the estate and effects.
