The humble petition of William Henry Gawne a minor by Esther Gawne his
grandmother and next friend
Sheweth:  That your petitioners father John Gawne late of the Rowany in the
parish of Rushen departed this life intestate upon the sixteenth day of
April 1866 and it has become necessary that Letters of Admin of his estate
and effect should be granted to some proper person
That the only next of kin of the said John Gawne is your petitioner.
Wherefore your petitioner humbly prays a hearing hereof and that Letters of
Admin of the estate and effects of the said John Gawne may be granted
to some proper person and your petitioner will pray.  J C Gill for

This court decreed Henry Kermode administrator with pledges William
Watterson of Corvalley in parish of Rushen and Esther Gawne of Rowany in
parish of Rushen entered into usual bond.
