Ramsey 1869 34 I Margaret Callow of Maughold Street in the town of Ramsey calling to mind the uncertainty of human life do make declare and publish this my last will and testament in manner following. First I commend my soul to God and my body to Christian burial. Second I leave and bequeath unto my niece Christian Quayle of the Kerrowmoor Lezayre the whole of my goods The humble petition of James Callow of the town of Ramsey Sheweth: That petitioners late wife Margaret Jane Callow of the said town departed this life some short time since intestate and it is necessary that administration of her estate should be granted to some proper person. Wherefore petitioner prays a hearing hereof and that your Worship may be pleased to grant administration of the estate of the said Margaret Jane Callow to your petitioner or some other fit and proper person and petitioner will pray. Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at an Ecclesiastical Court to be holden at Ramsey on Friday next whereof all proper parties and persons are to have due notice. Given at Ramsey this 28th day of May 1869. R.
