The will of Edward Gawne of BanuTel plantation in the District of
Gustvval in the Northwest Province of India Tea Planter.  I give all my
real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever to my dear wife Mary Ann
Isabella Hamilton Gawne, her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns
absolutely dated this twentieth day of October in the year eighteen hundred
and sixty five.                         Edward Gawne
This is a codicil to the foregoing will  of me Edward Gawne I confirm the
said will and also hereby appoint my dear wife Mary Ann Isabella
Hamilton Gawne and my brother the Rev Richard Murray Gawne executors of the
said will and codicil and also guardian of my four children in
witness where of I have hereunto subscribed my name the twenty ninth day of
July one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine.
