This is the last will and testament of me Isabella Kelly of the village of Laxey 
in the parish of Lonan, Spinster

I leave devise and bequeath unto my sister Margaret Kelly of the village of Laxey 
aforesaid spinster the whole of my real and personal property and Effects of what 
kind or nature, soever and wheresoever the same my be situated for her own sole 
and absolute use – to be possessed by her and for her heirs and assigns from the 
day of my decease for ever.

And I hereby nominate and appoint the said Margaret Kelly sole executrix hereof 
and I hereby revoke all former wills or will by me at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof I have hereunder subscribed my name this Twentyfourth day of 
January one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine (1859)
