The humble petition of Enos Lace of Ballacraine in the parish of German
Sheweth:
That your petitioner's late wife Jane Lace of Ballacraine aforesaid died
on or about the 17th day of January 1876 intestate
That the said Jane Lace was entitled to a balance of the distributive
share of the estate of her late father Philip Killey Esq of the said parish.
That it is necessary that administration of the estate and effects of the
said Jane Lace should be granted to some fit and proper person. Wherefore
your petr humbly prays a hearing hereof and that your worship may be pleased
to grant administration of the estate and effects of the said Jane Lace to
some fit and proper person

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at an Eccl Court to be
held at Douglas on Friday the 19th day of December 1879, at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon
Whereof all proper parties and persons are to have due and lawful notice.
