To His Worship Vicar General Jebb
The humble petition of Margaret Skillicorn of the Parish of Maughold widow
Sheweth 
That petitioners husband John Skillicorn of the said parish departed this
life on the 14th day of May last past intestate and petitioner is desirous
that administration of his Estate may be granted to petitioner 


At an Adjourned Ecclesiastical Court held at Ramsey on the 1st of July
1879, Upon hearing this Petition in the presence of the Parties or their
Advocates, and It being proved that John Skillicorn late of the Dhoon in
the Parish of Maughold on or about the 14th day of May 1879, departed this
life Intestate, This Court hath Decreed Margaret Skillicorn, Widow, the
Relict of the said deceased Administratrix of All and Singular the personal
Estate and Effects of said deceased, and accordingly she is sworn well and
truly to administer the said Estate and Effects of the said deceased by
paying his just debts and funeral expenses so far forth as the said Estate
and Effects will extend and the Law bind her and distributing the residue
thereof according to Law, and to return to the Episcopal Registry of this
Diocese a full, true, and perfect Inventory thereof, with an accurate
account of her administration thereof when thereunto lawfully required, and
to these ends she hath given pledges, namely John Hogg of the Dhoon in the
Parish of Maughold and William Quilleash of Ballaragh in the Parish of
Lonan, who have entered into and executed the usual Bond in the presence of
the Court
