Bride 1880 #68 This is the last will and testament of me Mark Joughin of Ballawannell in the parish of Bride farmer being both of sound mind memory and understanding at the making hereof. I leave devise and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Joughin otherwise Caine all my right title and interest of the personal estate until my son arrive at the age of twenty years then he can possess and be entitled to half of the crop and half of the lands. I leave and bequeath to my son Mark Henry Joughin the sum of one hundred pounds at the age of twenty one the interest to be paid yearly. I leave and bequeath to my eldest daughter Elizabeth Jane Joughin half of my money, bonds, notes, or securities of whatever description. I leave and bequeath to Chatrine Elenor Joughin the other half of all my moneys, bonds, notes ,or securities of whatever description not till they arrive at the age of twenty four years. I leave and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Joughin her lifetime of the Thurot Cottage house and garden. I nominate and appoint my wife Elizabeth Joughin and John Caine of the parish of Michael her brother to assist her to be my executors of this my last will and testament In witnesseth whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name Mark Joughin Danl C.
