The last will and testament of William Kelly of Lherghy Grawe Laxey
Isle of Man.
I William Kelly hereby leave and bequeath to my sole surviving daughter
Emily Matilda Kelly that portion of my property situate in Lhergy Grawe
viz the house and ground adjoining it together with the garden plot on
the other side at present in my occupation.
Also the house and property situated opposite the Queen's Hotel lately left
me by my father.
Also all money invested with Mr. William Cain Corvally, German at
present amounting to about 51 pounds.
Also any other property personal or trust remaining after the payment of
just debts and funeral expenses.
I also hereby appoint my brother John Kelly sole executor and trustee and
give him the power to use all interest and rental accruing from my property
for the  purpose of maintenance and education of my daughter until she come
of age or marry.
Given under my hand this 22nd day of February 1883.

At an Eccl Court held at Peel on the 19th day of October 1883.
John Kelly a brother died on or about the seventh day of June 1883 before
probate of his William Kelly's will so the court decreed William Cannan
of Cronk e Voddy in parish of German Administration with the said will
annexed with pledges being Walter Caine of Peel and Hugh Kaighin of Rhenass
in German
