The humble petition of Louisa Ann Pinder of 13 Selbourne Road in the
town of Douglas, Widow.
Sheweth:  Your petitioner's husband William Pinder formerly of St
Michaels on Myre in the County of Lancaster but late of 13 Selbourne
Road aforesaid departed this life on or about the fourth day of March one
thousand eight hundred and ninety having first duly made and published
his last will and testament in writing bearing date the seventeenth day
of September one thousand eight hundred and sixty three whereof he appointed
your petitioner sole executrix
Petitioner is desirous of obtaining probate of the said will.
Wherefore your petitioner prays a hearing hereof and that your Honor
may be pleased to grant probate of the said will and testament to her
and she will pray.
for Petitioner.
Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a Court to be holden at
Douglas on Wednesday the 11th day of June 1890 at 11 o'clock in the forenoon
whereof all proper parties and persons are to have due lawful notice.
Given at Douglas this 10th day of June 1890

This is the last will and testament of me William Pinder of Saint
Michaels on Wyre in the County of Lancaster Schoolmaster.  I hereby give and
bequeath to my wife Louisa Ann Pinder her heirs executors and administrators
for her and their own use and benefit absolutely and forever all my estate
and effects both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever and of what
nature and quality soever and I hereby appoint her guardian of my children
and sole executrix of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this seventeenth day of
September One thousand eight hundred and sixty three.  William Pinder signed
by the said William Pinder the testator in the presence of us present at the
same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other attest and
subscribe our names as witnesses thereto
