Andreas 1900 100 The humble petition of John Kewin of Close Vark in the parish of Andreas. Sheweth: That Thomas Kewin of Close Verk in the said parish of Andreas died on the 6th day of February 1900 having first duly made and executed his last will and testament bearing date the 1st day of January 1900 whereof he appoint your petitioner sole executor. That your petitioner is desirous that probate of the said will should be granted to him. Wherefore your petitioner humbly prays a hearing hereof and that your Honor may be pleased to grant probate of the said will to him and he will every pray. F. M. Lamothe for petr Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard before me at a court to be held at Ramsey on Tuesday the 2nd day of April 1900 whereof all proper parties are to have due notice. Given this 2nd day of April 1900 Thomas Kneen I Thomas Kewin of Close Verk in the parish of Andreas, farmer, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following. I give devise and bequeath to my son John the whole of my property, real and personal, subject to the payment of the following legacies named: To my son William Patrick the sum of five pounds, to my son Daniel Edward the sum of five pounds and to my son Phillip Cottier the sum of five pounds. And I nominate, constitute and appoint my said son John sole executor of this my last will. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name. This the first day of January nineteen hundred. Thomas Kewin Signed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
