Michael 1902 76 This the last will and testament of Patrick Cannell of me of Kiondroughad in the parish of Michael Isle of Man farmer being of sound mind memory and understanding at the making thereof. I leave bequeath and devise the whole of my real estate where soever situated and by whatsoever name known to my dear wife Ann for her sole use and profit during the term of her natural life and at the decease of my wife Ann I leave bequeath and devise the whole of the above said real estate to my son Alfred Quirk subject to payment of the following legacy. I leave and bequeath to my daughter Laura Jane the sum of two hundred pounds sterling without any interest thereon at the decease of my wife. I leave and bequeath to my wife Ann the whole of my personal estate of every nature kind and description whatsoever and where soever and I appoint her sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills made hereto before by me. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this the Twenty Ninth of March One Thousand and Nine Hundred and Two. March 29th 1902. Signed and delivered by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his sight and presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witness.
