Ballaugh 1907 49 The humble petition of Catherine Jane Freer of Turnbridge Wells in the County of Kent England spinster and John Thomas Freer of Tunbridge Wells aforesaid Solicitor. Sheweth: The said Eleanor Maria Freer (mother of your petrs) died at Ballaugh in the Isle of Man on or about the 28th day of December one thousand nine hundred and six having first made and published her last will and testament in writing bearing date the 8th day of January 1900 whereof she appointed your petrs executors. This is the last will and testament of me Eleanor Maria Freer of Ballacrosha Ballaugh widow. I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me. I devise and bequeath to my son John Thomas Freer all my lands tenements and hereditaments, situate in the parish of Braddan and at present in the occupation of Edward Clague subject to the payment thereout to my daughter Catherine Jane Freer of the sum of three hundred pounds. I devise and bequeath to my son Robert Mylecraine Freer all my lands tenements and hereditaments in the parish of Andreas and at present in the occupation of George Cowle subject to the payment there out to my said daughter Catherine Jane Freer of the sum of seven hundred pounds. I devise and bequeath to my son William Freer all those lands tenements and hereditaments situate in the parish of Ballaugh being part of the quarterland of ---- with the intack thereto belonging and together with the intacks situate in the parish of Lezayre. I give and devise and bequeath all my lands messuages and hereditaments at present in my occupation and known as Ballacrosha Ballaugh together with the rest and residue of my real and personal estate of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate unto my said daughter Catherine Jane Freer for her sole separate use and benefit and I appoint the said Catherine Jane Freer and John Thomas Freer executrix and executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eighth day of January 1900. Eleanor Maria Freer. Witnesses: William L. Teare W. Teare. 25 Feb 1907 - Executrix and Executor sworn this day. Personal value of estate seven hundred pounds with debts due of thirty pounds.
