This is the last will and testament of me  John Thomas Cannell of Rhencullin
in the parish of Michael bachelor. I hereby revoke all wills and
testamentary writings at any time heretofore made by me and declare
this only to be my last will and testament.   I leave and devise that
dwelling house and premises to me belonging situate near Kirk Michael
and called Rose Cottage together with the two fields thereto belonging such
fields containing about two acres or thereabouts to my brother James Cannell
for the term of his natural life without impeachment of waste and on the
death of the said James Cannell to my niece Mary
Pearce Cannell for the term of her natural life without impeachment of waste
and on the death of the said Mary Pearce Cannell I leave and devise the same
to the children of the said Mary Pearce Cannell equally between them share
and share alike as tenants in common the issue of any deceased child or
children of the said Mary Pearce Cannell to take
equally between them the share or shares to which their respective
parent or parents would have been entitled to hereunder if such parent or
parents had survived the said Mary Pearce Cannell and in case the said Mary
Pearce Cannell shall die without leaving lawful issue her surviving
then in that case on her death I leave and devise the said house called
Rose Cottage with the said two fields thereto belonging and hereinbefore
described to John Sidney Hadden Cannell for the term of his natural life
without impeachment of waste and on the death of the said John Sidney Hadden
Cannell I leave and devise the same to the children of the said
John Sidney Hadden Cannell equally between them share and share alike
as tenants in common  the issue of any deceased child or children of the
said John Sidney Hadden Cannell to take equally between them the share
or shares to which their respective parent or parents would have been
entitled to hereunder if such parent or parents had survived the said
John Sidney Hadden Cannell and in case the John Sidney Hadden Cannell should
died without leaving lawful issue him surviving then and in that
case on his death I leave and devise the said house called Rose Cottage with
the said two fields thereto belonging to William Norman Kelly
Cannell absolutely I leave and bequeath all my personal estate of every
kind and nature and description and whersoever situate unto my sister Jane
Sophia Cannell absolutely I leave devise and  bequeath to my said sister
Jane Sophia Cannell the rest residue and remainder of my real estate
wheresoever situate.   I nominate constitute and appoint my said brother
James Cannell  sole executor of this my will and I hereby declare that all
benefits to be taken hereunder by any female shall be for her
sole and separate use and free from the control debts and engagements of any
present or future husband she may at any time have.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 12th day of
November one thousand nine hundred and six.  John Thomas Cannell
Signed published and declared by the testator as and for his last will and
testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the
presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting
witnesses.

personal estate and effects of the said John Thomas Cannell
Court decreed John Cannell Cowley of Seal View Cottage Governor's Road
