I John Callister of Number Nine Windsor
Terrace, Ramsey, Isle of Man
being of sound mind, memory, and understanding
do make, publish, and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament in Manner following
that is to say (viz)


First I leave, and bequeath unto my
sons and daughters the sum of Eighty
pounds Sterling to be equally divided amongst
them share and share alike.
My eldest son John Thomas Callister 
the sum of Ten pounds Sterling, unto my
son Joseph Callister the sum of Ten
pounds Sterling, unto my son William
Callow Callister the sum of Ten pounds
Sterling, unto my daughter Eliza Ann Callister
the sum of Ten pounds Sterling, unto
Margaret Jane wife of Charles Boyde the
sum of Ten pounds Sterling, unto Esther
wife of Thomas Kermode the sum of
Ten pounds Sterling, unto Jane Callow
Callister the sum of Ten pounds Sterling
and unto Emily Selina Callister the
sum of Ten pounds Sterling to be paid
One year after my decease.


Secondly I leave and bequeath unto
my wife Eliza that Dwelling House
Numbered Sixteen situate in Hope
Street in the town of Douglas also
that Dwelling House Numbered Sixty
situate in Waterloo Road, in the town of
Ramsey, with the Garden at the rear thereof
And also Thirty Shares in the Ramsey
Water Works Co. Ramsey, for the remaining
part of her natural life.


Thirdly I leave and bequeath unto
my aforementioned Wife Eliza Callister Whole
and Sole Executrix and do hereby
Nominate, Constitute and appoint her
my said wife Eliza Whole and sole
Executrix and residuary Legatee of all
the rest of my goods, money, chattels,
furniture, and effects Whatsoever, of this
my last Will and Testament and I do
appoint my wife aforesaid to apportion
the aforesaid Eighty pounds amongst
my aforesaid Sons and Daughters as aforesaid
assigning all other claimants with One
shilling legacy.


Fourthly I leave and bequeath unto
my eldest son John Thomas Callister unto
my son Joseph Callister and unto my
son William Callow Callister That Dwelling
House Number Sixteen situate at Hope
Street in the Town of Douglas, to be equally
divided amongst them share and share alike.
The aforesaid sons to come into possession
thereof after my Wife’s decease.


Fifthly I leave and bequeath unto my
eldest daughter Eliza Ann Callister unto
my Daughters Margaret Jane wife of Charles
Boyde, unto my Daughter Esther wife of
Thomas Kermode unto my Daughter Jane
Callow Callister and unto my Daughter
Emily Selena Callister that Dwelling
House Number Sixty and Gardens in
rear thereof situate at Waterloo Road
in the Town of Ramsey to be equally
divided amongst them share and
share alike, The aforesaid Daughters
to come in to possession thereof  at the
decease of my wife.


Sixthly I leave and bequeath unto my
aforesaid Sons and Daughters all other
Shares, Money, Goods, Chattles, Furniture and
Effects whatsoever not aforesaid named in
this Will and Testament, to be equally
divided amongst my aforesaid Sons and
Daughters share and share alike at the
decease of my wife, which belongeth to me.


As Witness my name this                  day of
                   One thousand Nine hundred and five
Signed by the testator in our precence wh in
his precence and at his request signed and names
as Witness hereto
