The humble petition of Edith Pinder of 13 Selbourne Road in the Borough
of Douglas spinster and Walter Bawden Pinder of Clifton House Halton Leeds
in the county of York
Sheweth:  Louisa Ann Pinder late of No. 13 Selbourne Road aforesaid
widow departed this life on the 24th day of May 1909 having first duly made
and published her last will in writing dated the 12th day of
October 1906 and whereof she appoint your petitioners executors.
Your petitioners are desirous of having the said will proved wherefore
your petitioners humbly pray a hearing hereof and that this court may be
pleased to grant probate of the said will to your petitioners Edith Pinder
and Walter Bawden Pinder together with such other and further relief as
is meet.  And petitoners will every pray   A. Whiteside for Petitioners
Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a court to be holden at
Douglas on Monday the 14th day of June  10:30 o'clock in the forenoon,
whereof all proper parties and person to have due notice.

I Louisa Ann Pinder of Number 13 Selbourne Road in the borough of
Douglas widow do hereby revoke all former wills, codicils, and
testamentary instruments made by me and declare this to be my last
will.
I give and devise unto my son Walter Bawden Pinder the dwelling house
and premises to me belonging situated in Mineral Terrace Foxdale.
I leave and bequeath to my said son Walter Bawden Pinder fourteen
shares in the London and Lancashire Insurance Company.
I leave and bequeath the income and profits of twenty one shares in the Bank
of Liverpool to my daughter Edith Pinder during her life or until she marry
and upon her death or marriage whichever event shall first happen
I leave and bequeath such shares to my said son Walter Bawden Pinder.  I
leave devise and bequeath the rest and residue and remainder of my estates
both real and personal and wheresoever the same may be unto my said daughter
Edith Pinder absolutely for her sole and separate use.  I appoint my said
daughter Edith Pinder executrix and my said son Walter Bawden Pinder
Executor of this my will.  In witness whereof I have
hereunto subscribed my name this Twelfth day of October one thousand nine
hundred and six. 1906.  Louisa A. Pinder.
Signed by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and testament in our
presence who at her request in her presence and in presence of each
other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
