Lonan 1910 16 I Thomas Corlett of Laxey Glen Mills, Laxey, in the parish of Lonan, Miller, being of sound mind, memory and understanding at the making and execution hereof do make and publish this paper writing as and for my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say: After payment of all just debts and testamentary expenses I leave devise and bequeath to my daughter Emily Jane Corlett the sum of five hundred pounds sterling, and the whole of my household furniture. Next I leave devise and bequeath the whole of the remainder of my property and effects both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be to my two sons Thomas Stephen Corlett and Robert Teare Corlett their heirs and assigns in equal portions subject to the payment of an annuity of fifty pounds sterling to my said daughter Emily Jane Corlett so long as she remains unmarried chargeable upon my real estate and payable annually; the first payment of the said annuity to become due and payable twelve calendar months after my decease; but at the decease of my said daughter Emily Jane Corlett or in the event of her marrying the said annuity shall cease and determine. I nominate constitute and appoint my two sons Thomas Stephen Corlett and Robert Teare Corlett executors of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and cancelling all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this the thirtieth day of August in the year one thousand nine hundred and four. (1904).
