The humble petition of
Anne Pine Widow and
Philip Elliot Pine, and
Eunice Pine, son and-
daughter respectively of
the said Joseph Callister
Pine, all of Victoria Avenue
Victoria Road Douglas.

Sheweth
The above named Joseph Callister
Pine died on the tenth day of July 1910
intestate.

It is necessary that Letters
of Administration of the personal 
Estate and effects of the said Joseph
Callister Pine be granted to some fit
and proper person.

At a Court held at Douglas
the 19th day of July 1910.

Upon hearing this Petition in presence of the parties or
their Advocates, and it being proved that Joseph
Callister Pine late of Victoria Avenue
in the Borough of Douglas accountant
on or about the Tenth day
of July 1910 departed this life at Victoria
Avenue aforesaid and intestate.

This Court hath decreed Anne Pine also
of Victoria Avenue of ____ and Widow
the relict of the deceased
Administration of All and 
Singular the Personal Estate and Effects of the said
Deceased, and accordingly She is sworn well and truly 
to administer the said Estate and Effects of the said
Deceased by paying his just debts and funeral 
expenses so far forth as the said Estate and Effects
will extend, and the law bind her and distributing
the residue according to Law, and to return to the 
proper Registry a full, true, and perfect inventory of
all and singular the said Estate and Effects, with an
accurate account of her administration thereof, when
thereunto lawfully required.

Know all men by these presents that we Anne Pine
of Victoria Avenue , Victoria Road
in the Borough of Douglas Widow
Philip Elliot Pine of the same
address and Matthias William
Corran of Brighton Terrace
in the Borough of Douglas
are jointly and severally and any two of us jointly bound unto our
Sovereign Lord the King in the sum of One hundred
pounds to the payment whereof well and truly to be made to our said Lord
the King, his heirs and successors, we bind and oblige ourselves jointly and
severally, and any two of us jointly, our Executors and Administrators, 
firmly by these presents.

As witness our subscriptions the nineteenth day of
July in the year of our Lord on thousand nine
hundred and ten (1910).

The condition of our obligation is such, that if the 
above-name Anne Pine
(hereinafter call "the Administratrix")

who seeks to obtain Letters of Administration of all and singular the person
estate and effects
of Joseph Callister Pine
late of Victoria Avenue, Victoria
Road in the Borough of Douglas
but now deceased, who died on or about the10th day of July
1910 at Victoria Avenue aforesaid
do, when lawfully call on in that behalf, make or cause to be made a true and
perfect inventory of all and singular the personal estate and effects of the said
deceased, which have or shall come into her hands, possession, or
knowledge, or into the hands of any other person for her and the
same so made do exhibit, or cause to be exhibited, into the proper Registry in
that behalf whenever required by law so to do:  And the same personal estate
and effects, and all other the personal estate and effects of the said deceased, 
which shall at any time come into the hands or possession of the Administratrix
or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for her
or which without default might have come into the hands or possession of
the Administrator, do well and truly administer according to law, that is to
say, do pay the debts and liabilities of the said deceased so far as the said personal
estate will extend and the law bind the Administratrix, and do deliver and pay
unto the person or person legally entitle thereto all the rest and residue

of the said personal estate and effects, then this obligation to be void and of
no effect, or else to remain in full force and virtue.
