Lonan 1911 No 117 I John Henry Lawson of Tent Road Old Laxey in the parish of Lonan, miner, being of sound mind, memory & understanding do make this my last will & testament in the manner following, hereby revoking all wills & codicils heretofore by me made. I leave & bequeath all my Personal Estate to my wife Jemetta Helena Lawson for her own absolutely: I leave & devise the whole of my real estate to my said wife Jemetta Helena Lawson during her life should she remain unmarried & at her re-marriage or death, to my two children John Robert Lawson & George Lawson in equal shares, and during the minority of of the said John Robert Lawson & George Lawson I hereby nominate & appoint my said wife Jemetta Helena Lawson & my brother Robert Edwin Lawson to be their guardians & should one of my named children die before the age of twenty-one years or without issue I desire that his share of the estate aforesaid shall pass to his surviving brother absolutely & I nominate & appoint my said wife Jemetta Helena Lawson sole executor of this my last will & testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this twenty-fifth day of January in the year one thousand nine hundred & eleven.
