This is the last will and testament of me Isabella Jane Corlett of Bella
Vista in the parish of Ballaugh spinster which I make publish and declare in
form and manner following, that is to say:
After payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give
devise and bequeath all my real and personal estates to my aunt Jane Taggart
of Bella Vista aforesaid to hold to her for the term of her natural life
only and on her decease I give and bequeath the sum of two hundred pounds to
my brother William Henry Corlett and the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds
to my brother John James Corlett and as to the whole of right, title, share
and interest in that dwelling house called Bella Vista aforesaid and also
the shop and dwelling house adjoining thereto and the outbuildings and
premises connected - I give and devise the same to my said brother John
James Corlett to hold to him and  his heirs and assigns absolutely.
And as to the residue of my real and personal estates wheresoever the same
may be situated and by whatever name known. I give devise and bequeath the
same to my brother Thomas Arthur Corlett of Parliament Street in the town of
Ramsey Grocer to hold to him and his heirs executors administrators and
assigns absolutely.  I appoint my said brother Thomas Arthur Corlett sole
executor of this my will hereby revoking all former wills made by me and
declaring this only to be my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 19th day of March
one thousand nine hundred and seven.  Isabella Jane Corlett. Witnesses:

7th Oct 1912 Thomas Arthur Corlett sworn executor
with Alfred Kelly Draper and William Percy Cowley Advocate of Ramsey jointly
entered into a bond in the amount of five hundred pounds
Whereas Isabella Jane Corlett of BallaVista in the parish of Ballaugh
spinster died on  he 18th day of Sep 1912 having first made her last will
and testament whereof she appointed her brother Thomas Arthur Corlett of
Parliament Street in the town of Ramsey Grocer sole executor and whereby she
gave devised and bequeathed all her real and personal estate to her aunt
Jane Taggart to hold to her or the term of her natural life and on her
decease the said Isabella Jane Corlett gave and bequeath the sum of two
hundred pounds to her brother William Henry Corlett and the sum of One
hundred and fifty pounds to her brother John James Corlett.
And whereas at a court holden at Ramsey on the 7th day of Oct 1912 probate
of the said will was duly granted to the said Thomas Arthur Corlett.
And whereas the said Jane Taggaret died on or about the 15th day of Febuary
1914.
And whereas the said Thomas Arthur Corlett executor as aforesaid has paid to
the said William Henry Corlett the said sum of two hundred pounds and to the
said John James Corlett the said sum of one hundred and fifty pounds and has
called upon them to execute the receipt hereinafter contained.
Know all men therefore by these present that the said William Henry Corlett
and John James Corlett do own and acknowledge to have received and been paid
the full amount of the said legacies of two hundred pounds and one hundred
and fifty pounds respectively bequeathed to each of them as aforesaid.
And they do and each of them doth hereby direct desire and request that such
legacy may be cancelled on the said will and this receipt recorded along
with the same.  As witness their names the 27th day of March 1914
